This video illustrates a technique to remove a large conjunctival inclusion cyst sparing conjunctiva and minimizing post operative pain and facilitating healing. The lesion was a suspected conjunctival inclusion cyst but histology conftrmed an large con- junctival tumour present. The lesion was removed in toto without spillage of the tumour contents minimizing the risk of tumour seeding locally in the subconjunctival space. This technique illustrates a tissue sparing approach to achieve adequate wound closure.
