Choroidal melanomas are the most common primary intraocular malignancy in adults with an incidence of 6 to 7 per 1 million per year. The management of choroidal melanoma include globe-conserving pro- cedures as laser photocoagulation, transpupillary thermotherapy, plaque radiotherapy, charged parti- cle or stereotactic radiotherapy, endoresection, exoresection of tumours or globe-sacrificing treat- ment as enucleation. This video is a demonstration of key moments of a successful endoresection and a discussion of current evidence.
