Synopsis: This talk will focus on the dilemma of which procedure is best for the patient who needs a lower pressure. Is trabeculectomy with its inherent risks still the most viable option? How do the data on the Xen and the Innfocus micro shunt compare? Are the blebs similar? IOP’s? A look at the world’s literature and personal experience will shed light on this dilemma.
