Purpose: To describe the intraoperative OCT findings during vitrectomy for macular disease, and correlate with the pre and postoperative clinical and OCT imaging.
Method: Video of macular surgery with concurrent intraoperative OCT imaging, correlated with pre and postoperative imaging.
Results: Intraoperative OCT confirmed detachment of the posterior cortical vitreous and removal of epiretinal tissue
Conclusion: Intraoperative OCT scanning may be a useful adjunct to vitreoretinal surgery in selected cases.
